My passion lies in guiding others on their path to health and fitness. Specializing in corrective exercise and bodyweight training, I emphasize the importance of natural movement patterns. My advocacy for barefoot running stems from a deep understanding of how reconnecting with our body's intrinsic capabilities can significantly enhance overall well-being. This holistic approach is not just confined to the training environment; I actively practice and promote barefoot running, continuously exploring and integrating natural wellness practices to offer a comprehensive, balanced approach to fitness and health for my clients.
